Kenzy provides substance use and mental health counseling in Bedford, NH. She has a holistic approach and enjoys working with individuals on grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Mark provides mental health treatment in Bedford, NH. He is a veteran of the USMC and is highly experienced with a wide range of modalities and populations. Mark excels in bringing care to individuals looking for a faith-based approach. 

Ayanna provides mental health counseling specializing in  pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum, anxiety, trauma and PTSD. She implements trauma-focused care and mindfulness-based interventions within a humanistic, person-centered framework.

Tessa provides mental health counseling specializing in PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more. She is passionate about working with a range of communities including survivors, first responders, veterans, the spouses and partners who support them, and with individuals across LGBTQIA+ identities.

Lindsay is our practice manager! Not only can she help answer any and all questions related to insurance and billing, Lindsay is also trained in providing Ear Acupuncture and will soon be an ADS in NH.
